Public Tours run on the second Wednesday of every month and on selected
Saturday's from April to October.

ORCHARD TOURS 2019

 

Public Tours £7.50 per person

 Includes a tour of the Orchard and Cider Mill followed by a tasting session.

Group Tours

Private Tours £10.00 per person
Includes a tour of the Orchard and Cider Mill with refreshments on arrival. Minimum of 20 people

Private Group Tours £20.00 per person

Includes a tour of the Orchard and Cider Mill with refreshments on arrival and lunch at the Windmill. Minimum 20 people

Sample day:

11:00 - Arrive on site.  Tea, coffee and homemade biscuits.
11:30 - Guided orchard and cider mill tour.
12:45- Lunch at the Windmill (private venue http://www.visitors.ampleforth.org.uk/special-occasions )   Soup, Yorkshire tapas (range of local cheeses, meats, bread, and chutney), scones with Jam and Cream,   tea and coffee. All are followed by tasting of our produce 
14:15 - Time to visit abbey.
15:15 - Visit to shop and visitors centre.
16:00 - Depart

Timings can be changed to suit individual group needs.
